User Responsibilities

• Account Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform’s functionality or security.

Driver Subscriptions

• Subscription Model: FairDrive operates on a subscription-based model where drivers pay a fixed fee to access the platform.
• Payment Terms: Subscription fees are prepaid and non-refundable. Drivers are responsible for ensuring timely payments to maintain access.

Ride Bookings

• Booking Confirmation: Once a ride is booked, both driver and passenger will receive a confirmation with relevant details.
• Cancellations: Cancellations by passengers may incur fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Payments and Refunds

• Passenger Payments: Passengers are required to pay the fare as displayed at the time of booking.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• FairDrive is a facilitator connecting drivers and passengers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee the availability, punctuality, or quality of rides.

Amendments

FairDrive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
