Introduction
At FairDrive Technologies Private Limited, we strive to provide seamless services. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for both passengers and drivers.
Subscription Refunds (Drivers)
- Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods or early cancellations.
Ride Cancellations (Passengers)
- Passenger-Initiated Cancellations:
- If a passenger cancels a ride after confirmation, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time of cancellation and driver allocation status.
- Driver-Initiated Cancellations:
- If a driver cancels a ride, passengers will receive a full refund of any advance payments.
No-Show Policy
- If a passenger or driver fails to show up at the designated location within the specified time, the ride may be marked as a no-show.
- For passenger no-shows, the fare amount may not be refunded.
Refund Process
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In case of disputes, users are requested to contact us at info@fairdriveindia.com for resolution.
Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for issues beyond FairDrive’s control, such as weather, traffic delays, or technical problems caused by third-party services.
